Welcome

Liberty Centre Services, Inc. is a pro-active, non-profit mental health organization that serves individuals 19 years of age and older recovering form serious mental illness. The program is designed to help individuals as they reclaim their lives and re-establish themselves in their community. The Liberty Centre Clubhouse is the organization's foundation. However, over the years, additional services have been developed in response to needs that arose or were foreseen. These services include Park Place Transitional Residential Rehabilitation, Crisis Prevention Program (community support, intensive community support, recovery support and nursing), and Willow Park I and II apartments, and Chestnut Park Apartments. Although each of these is a separate program, together they comprise Liberty Centre Services, Inc.

We believe that when persons are treated respectfully and are given responsibility, they respond by giving their best. Our organization makes progress because of the self-directed team approach of each of our programs.
